Boyband sensation One Direction are to sing for the Queen after being added to the bill for the Royal Variety Performance.
The chart-topping quintet will join performers such as Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue and Girls Aloud at the event.
The annual show, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary, will be hosted by comedian David Walliams.
One Direction, who conquered the US this year, will perform their forthcoming single Little Things which was written by musical breakthrough Ed Sheeran.
The Queen will be accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh at the Royal Albert Hall on November 19.
Also in the line-up are Rod Stewart, Neil Diamond and Alicia Keys, whose performances will be aired by ITV1 in December.
The Royal Variey Performance aims to raise funds for the Entertainment Artistes' Benevolent Fund which helps to maintain its retirement and nursing home in Twickenham, south-west London.
