The Duchess of Cornwall has cancelled a series of royal appointments due to a severe ear infection and sinusitis.
Camilla was due to attend the Classical Brits at The Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday night.
Instead, the Duchess will remain in Balmoral as she was unable to fly.
A Clarence House spokesperson said: "The Duchess of Cornwall has developed sinusitis and a severe middle ear infection over the last few days which means she will not be able to carry out her engagements in London this evening and tomorrow."
Prince Charles and Camilla are expected to fly out to Australia and New Zealand next month as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
It's not often the plucky Duchess is forced to cancel engagements. In April 2010 Camilla carried out her duties despite breaking her leg.
