A British actress has won the role of a lifetime - after being cast as Kate Middleton in a movie about the royal romance.
Camilla Luddington will play Prince William's fiancée in a film chronicling their courtship from their days at St Andrews University.
New Zealander Nico Evers-Swindell will play the groom.
William and Kate, also reportedly featuring Chariots of Fire actor Ben Cross as Prince Charles, will air shortly before the big day on April 29.
Camilla's previous credits including US crime show CSI and a short film about zombies.
Her sister told The Sun: "Camilla is very excited.
"She has always followed the royal family and never dreamt she'd be in a movie about them."
