Given Britain's current bout of icy weather, anyone could be forgiven for staying at home wrapped up in front of the fire.
The Queen wasn't letting the snowy streets get the better of her this weekend, however - and paid a visit to church at the Sandringham estate.
Stylish in a warming peach ensemble, the British monarch was keeping up with the latest trends in a pair of patent knee-high boots.
Joined by husband Prince Philip, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex (right), the Queen was presented with numerous bunches of flowers from some of the 300 well-wishers who lined the streets to catch a glimpse of her.
