Little Mix, who came on the scene three years ago after winning the X Factor, are singing this year’s Sport Relief single, a cover of Cameo’s Word Up.
Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson hit a modern fitness centre and got out their 1990s Sporty Spice glow for their version of the track.
The girls are striking their best moves with help from former Spice Girl Melanie C, who also appears in the music video that was released on 4 March.
They tweeted: "Here it is guys!!! Our video for our @sportrelief single #WordUp... Hope you love it."
In the fun-filled video, the four beauties can be seen performing an energetic dance routine, flicking their hair, dancing in front of Olympian back-up dancers and rocking in the changing rooms.
With the guidance of choreographer Louise Spence and Sporty Spice, the girls managed to find the right combination of dance, work-out and attitude.
Proving popular, Cameo’s track Word Up was also covered in 1999 by Mel C's fellow Spice Girl member, Mel B, known as Mel G at the time.
The cover single will be released on 16 May.
