Strictly Come Dancing’s contestants are gearing up for Saturday's big show. The second live show in the series is expected to be an interesting night after last weekend’s opener went off with a bang.
All eyes will be on Abbey Clancy after performing the "dance of the night" last week and scoring a high 32. This weekend the 27-year-old model will perform a Cha Cha Cha to Jennifer Lopez’s Let’s Get Loud.
Sophie Ellis Bextor , who last week was praised for her "natural elegance" on the floor, will dance the Charleston to Rock It To Me by Caravan Palace, and fashion designer Julien MacDonald - who is determined to change the judge’s opinion of him after scoring a disappointing 20 last week - will perform a tango to Lady Gaga’s Applause.
The pressure is on this week as it is the first elimination of the series. The scores will be carried over from last week’s show so Tony Jacklin and Dave Myers will have to pull off a show stopping performance in order to stay in the competition, having scored the lowest marks last weekend.
