Charlie Sheen has been warned that he could face jail if he doesn't abide by the rules of the restraining order, forbidding him to go within 200 metres of his ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
According to reports the restraining order includes a gagging clause that says the actor isn't allowed to talk to Brooke or talk publicly about the on-going custody battle between them for their two sons Max and Bob.
The court case turned nasty this week after pictures emerged of their son Bob with a head injury. The picture shows the four-year-old sporting a large red mark on the side of his head, believed to be a burn.
Charlie claims the injury occurred while Bob was staying with his mum and grandmother over the weekend; however Brooke says he already had the mark when he came to visit her.
