Gwyneth Paltrow is about to give her husband, Coldplay's Chris Martin, a run for his money.
The actress is set to showcase her vocal talents playing a country singer in a new musical movie directed by Spiderman star Tobey Maguire.
It is not the first time the Oscar-winner has sung on the big screen; she demonstrated her abilities in 2000 film Duets.
This time around she will star in Love Don't Let Me Down alongside country star Tim McGraw, who will play her husband and manager, and Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester.
The film will follow a budding singer-songwriter played by Troy's Garrett Hedlund, 25, who becomes involved with a fallen country star played by Gwyneth.
The duo then embark on a tour to resurrect their careers.
