Denise Van Outen and Lydia Bright have arrived in India ready for their gruelling charity bike ride.
Their itinerary will see them cycling an exhausting 289 miles to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Despite the challenge ahead, spirits are high as the Essex girls prepare themselves in Delhi.
Denise tweeted to fans as she boarded the plane overseas: "On the flight about to leave with @LydiaRoseBright. Very very excited!!!"
The TV stars spoke exclusively to HELLO! before their departure: "The actual route that we’re doing isn’t a main tourist route," Lydia told us.
"It’s a specific one that has been tailored to us to make it harder so that people will realise that we’re really fighting for our sponsorship money.
"We’re guinea pigs. If we survive, people can do it after us!"
Denise added: "It’s not just the distance and how physically demanding it’s going to be, it’s the heat – we’re going to be cycling for hours and hours in temperatures that are pretty much beyond boiling, so it’s going to make it really difficult."
