One of the first stops for Susan Boyle after she left the Priory clinic last week was her home in Scotland for an emotional reunion with her family and beloved cat Pebbles.
The Britiain's Got Talent contestant, seen here greeting fans accompanied by her doctor Sarah Latzof, told reporters she felt ready to "take on the world".
Susan described her stay in the hospital where she was treated for exhaustion as "a little holiday". The singer will spend a few days in West Lothian before returning to London.
Offers for the church volunteer to perform have been flooding in, among them an invite from Demi Moore to appear at her and husband Ashton Kutcher's wedding anniversary party.
The 48-year-old has also told Britain's Got Talent producers that she's ready for the show's live tour, which starts on Friday.
Sources close to boss Simon Cowell say that a slot is available for her but only if she's fully recovered. "Everyone wants to make sure that she is 100 per cent mentally fit for it," said the insider
