Their usual place at a fashion events is front row.
But on Wednesday, a host of glam celebs took to the catwalk to strut their stuff for the Red Dress runway show.
Flying the flag for the Brits were Cat Deeley and singer Natasha Bedingfield (pictured).
Along with US stars including Denise Richards, Camila Alves and Dita Von Teese – all clad in show-stopping red numbers – they helped raise awareness of women's heart disease.
In all, 22 stars in scarlet gowns - created by famous fashion designers - took part in the event, held annually to kick start New York Fashion Week.
