50 Cent has become the latest artist to donate money earned from an event linked to Libyan leader Colonel Gadaffi to charity.
Following in the footsteps of Nelly Furtado and Beyonce, the rapper announced he will be giving the money to UNICEF to help their relief-efforts in Libya.
The 35-year-old's representative said: "In light of ongoing events in Libya, 50 Cent will be making a donation to UNICEF, which is providing vital relief supplies to meet the needs of women and children at risk during this crisis."
In 2005, 50 Cent performed at a private event during the Venice Film Festival that was later linked to the Gaddafi clan.
