Former Charlie's Angels star Farah Fawcett has been released from hospital and is looking forward to spending Easter at home with her long-term actor partner Ryan O'Neil, her physician has confirmed.
"She's walking and in great in spirits," her doctor tells US publication People. "Her home has been stocked with her favourite teas and food and she's looking forward to enjoying them."
Farrah was admitted to an LA hospital on April 1. Early reports she was in a criticical condition were wide of the mark – she was in fact suffering from internal bleeding following a "small procedure" she underwent in Germany. The actress has been battling cancer since 2006.
"Farrah was discharged (on Thursday) afternoon from the hospital and is at home," confirms the 62-year-old's doctor. "The pain… has improved tremendously."
