Fifteen years ago to this day, Prince Harry enrolled at the prestigious Eton College in Berkshire. The red-haired young teenager was accompanied by his father Prince Charles on his first day. Here he is pictured writing his name and officially registering in the wooden school-room of the all-boys' public school.
The young prince met with the headmaster at the time, John Lewis, and was no doubt excited to join his older brother Prince William as a boarder. Prince Harry was also welcomed by his house master Dr Andrew Gailey and settled in to Manor House, the boarding residence that would serve as his new home during term time.
The young teenager looked charming in a formal, tailored suit, and the rain didn't seem to dampen his excitement at starting his first day of senior school. He was pictured beaming and waving to the cameras that documented his very public registration at Eton.
Prince Harry completed his GCSEs and A-Levels at the prestigious boarding school, where he graduated with a B in Art and a D in Geography.
