A Michael Jackson film, which features footage of the late singer rehearsing for his ill-fated comeback shows at the London O2 Arena, is to be released on October 28.
The film will be called This Is It, the same title given to the summer concerts that the 50-year-old was due to perform before he died in June.
According to reports, Columbia Pictures offered $60 million for rights to the 100 hours of footage in a deal that will see 80% of the profits go to Michael's three children.
Meanwhile, the surrogate mother of the Thriller star's seven-year-old son Blanket has been revealed as a Mexican nurse called Helena, according to UK newspaper, The Mirror.
The San Diego-based nurse was apparently paid a $20,000 surrogacy fee to have Michael's child, and the king of pop was said to have lavished her with gifts, generous expenses and staff to see to her needs.
The identity of Blanket's mother had been kept a secret since his birth, with the 'name of mother' field on his birth certificate left blank.
The baby was conceived through IVF treatment, for which Michael said he donated his own sperm.
The egg donor - Blanket's biological mother - remains unknown.
