Matthew McConaughey has revealed he and wife Camila Alves are keeping the sex of their new baby a secret - even from themselves.
The Magic Mike star and Brazilian model Camila - who already have a daughter, two-year-old Vida and son Levi, three - announced they are expecting their third child together, just a month after tying the knot.
Matthew revealed: "We don't know [if it's a boy or a girl]. We didn't find out with the first two and we won't find out with this one."
The 42-year-old actor plays a male stripper in Steven Soderbergh's new film Magic Mike. The film, co-written by Channing Tatum, who worked as a stripper before he became an actor, shows being a stripper is not all fun and thongs.
Matthew said: "I don't know if it's a dark side, but it's, as Channing always says, a slippery slope.
"It's a night job in the party scene. You stay in that life for a long time, you can wake up at 40 and your life is going to work from 10 to 6am. There's a lot of jobs that are never going to go anywhere unless you get out now."
Channing agreed: "There's definitely a darker side to stripping. We showed a version of something that can go wrong.
"I was 18 years old when I was in that world and it's a world of men that have been down the rabbit hole and back, and you can get lost in that world really easily.
"We didn't want to show the dark side of stripping, but anybody can lose themselves in anything."
