Bruce Forsyth has been forced to pull out of Saturday's episode of Strictly Come Dancing after coming down with the flu.
Incredibly it will be the first time the 81-year-old entertainer has missed a show since the programme began in 2004.
A BBC spokesman has confirmed that Bruce was "on doctor's orders" to sit the programme out, adding his co-presenter Tess Daly would be taking on his role.
It's not know whether a replacement will be called in to take on Tess' backstage duties interviewing the contestants when they leave the dance floor.
The popular presenter is believed to be recovering at home in Virginia Water, cared for by his wife Wilnelia.
