Hit or miss? You decide
Samantha Cameron showed her support for scottish designer Christopher Kane in a neon-green dress at Wednesday's Scottish Fashion Awards.
The PM's wife - an ambassador to the British fashion council - presented the presitigous 'Scottish Fashion Designer of the Year' award to now two-time recipient Jonathan Saunders.
Sam said: "It reminds us that Scotland is home to not only inspirational designers but also a very important textile industry."
She was joined at Glasgow's Science Center by countless fashionistas including Welsh diva Dame Shirley Bassey, Lulu, topmodels Tali Lennox and David Gandy, designer Harry Holland and photographer Rankin.
Tali took home the award for 'Scottish Model of the Year' and Rankin was entered into the Scottish Hall of Fame for lifetime acheivement in fashion photography.
Of all the guests, Dame Shirley Bassey, 74, stole the show in a floor length tartan gown by Graeme Black.
Founder Tessa Hartman (also pictured) declared the night a smashing success. She said, "Tonight we have witnessed an impressive showcase of Scottish fashion talent.
"To have this sort of attendence and credibility is not only an honour for the awards ceremony, it's an honour for Scoltand and the idealistic and contemporary perception we want and need for our country to compete internationally.
"I am incredibly grateful that Samantha Cameron supports Scotland's fashion industry by her attendance as an ambassador."
