Julie Walters and Patrick Stewart are just a few of the stars lined up to star in a 60th anniversary performance of record-breaking play The Mousetrap on Sunday.
Agatha Christie's crime mystery will be celebrating its 25,000th performance in the latest stage production. Crowned as the longest-running play since 1958, the show will also feature Hugh Bonneville as guesthouse owner Giles Raston, Tamsin Greig as his wife Mollie, and comedian Miranda Hart as guest Miss Casewell.
All proceeds from the one-off performance will go towards Mousetrap Theatre Projects, a theatre education charity. Writer of the play, Agatha Christie, is the best-selling novelist of all time.
