Wednesday December 16, 2009

After a turbulent year in the media spotlight, model and mother of three Katie Price is looking ahead with a new fashion project.

The writer and reality TV star has just landed a £2.2 million deal to design her own range of baby clothes for the exclusive Selfridges chain.

"Katie loves being a mum and kitting her own kids out in an assortment of really cute clobber, and has been planning this range for months," a source told the Daily Mirror.

Katie has ensured her full involvement in the design process, from sourcing the fabrics to choosing the logos.

Entitled KP Baby, the range will initially be for girls, featuring everything from pink baby hoodies to pink combats.

Always keen to multi-task, Katie is also set to launch her own glossy magazine containing news and views on the model, as well as behind-the-scenes reports from her reality TV show.
