Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon has said he is feeling "100 per cent" after suffering mild kidney failure.
The America's Got Talent host went into hospital earlier this month but insisted he is on the road to recovery, reports Access Hollywood.
Speaking on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show, the 31-year-old said: "I'm good. I'm feeling 100 per cent.
"Because of this situation I know that I don't need to go so hard. It's more about just my way of living ... It's really about taking some time."
The star also told how his illness had brought him even closer to pop superstar Mariah.
"I'm happier than happy. Especially through this entire process, we've become so much closer.
"I even got a chance to see a different side of my wife where she became so nurturing. I'm in debt to her forever," said Nick, who has eight-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with Mariah.
When Nick was ill, Mariah, 41, penned a message on her website asking fans to pray for the family, and uploaded a picture of the couple in hospital in Aspen.
