She cost £1 million, took a year in the making, and was hand crafted from sweet chestnut bark.
This is Gloriana, the new barge that is expected to carry the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations on June 3.
The vessel enjoyed a test run before it leads a fleet of 1,000 boats down the Thames in the summer.
The stunning show of pageantry will be the centrepiece of the Queen's festivities and is expected to draw in millions of spectators.
"No-one has really built anything like this for 200 years," organiser Lord Sterling said.
