Making her UK debut, singer and former Miss UK, Kirsty Bertarelli joined Mick Hucknall and Simply Red in concert at Edinburgh Castle this weekend.
"I've always been a huge fan of Simply Red and it is really been a big honour for me to open for them for my first performance in the UK,” said Kirsty.
“To me, Mick Hucknall is one of the most emotional male voices in the international music scene”.
The Straffordshire native, who is married to Swiss billionaire Ernesto Bertarelli, currently calls Switzerland home.
Her recently-released disc Elusive went straight into the top 20 in the Alpine country and she's set to release a new album in the UK in the coming months.
The singer-songwriter got her big break in the music biz after writing the hit Black Coffee for the All Saints back in 2000 which went to number one in Britain.
