Hangar8, a UK private jet company, has repainted one of its aircrafts, a Bombardier Challenger, to wish Prince George Happy Birthday on Tuesday 22 July.
The private jet has been repainted to a design of the Union Jack with the message ‘Happy Birthday Prince George’ sprawled from the tip to the tail of the plane.
Award-winning British design studio Andrew Winch, who specialise in aviation and yacht architecture, are responsible for the redecoration of the jet to celebrate our favourite little royal’s first year.
Costing around £120,000, the company believe that this will become the world’s most expensive birthday card to have been created since one painted by artist Damien Hirst, valued at around £30,000.
Dustin Dryden, Chief Executive Officer of Hangar8 said that Prince George has had a “very positive impact on the majority of people, and certainly enhanced the strong reputation of the Royal Family even further”.
