A judge has ruled that Sandra Bullock's former husband Jesse James can take his daughter to live with him in Austin, Texas.
The mother of six-year-old Sunny, his second wife, Janine Lindemulder had contested the move from California.
But the Monster Garage television show host successfully argued it would allow the little girl to be close to the Oscar-winning actress.
Sandra – who recently relocated to the southern city - raised Sunny as her own child during her four-year marriage to the TV motor mechanic while Janine battled addiction and spent time in prison.
Outside the court Janine, a former adult movie star, broke down crying: "I'll move, I'll move. Someday I will be her mother again."
