Singer George Michael has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and possessing cannabis at an appearance at the Highbury Corner Magistrates Court in London on Tuesday.
The 47-year-old has been given an interim six month driving ban and District Judge Robin McPhee said the star will be sentenced at a later date.
In the early morning of July 4, George crashed his Range Rover into a photographic shop in Hampstead, north London and was arrested after police arrived and investigated the accident.
It is the seventh time that the former Wham! singer has been under legal scrutiny regarding his conduct behind the wheel.
In 2007, he was placed on a two-year driving ban after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated.
