She has got a seat next to Simon Cowell on the Britain's Got Talent judging panel, but don’t expect to see Amanda Holden on the X Factor anytime soon.
The TV star has said if motherhood rules pregnant Dannii Minogue out of the next series, she doubts Simon will approach her as a replacement after she branded the last series of the X Factor "boring".
"Yes, I got told off for that," the mum-of-one told the Mirror. "If he was thinking of taking me to judge the X Factor, he won't now."
"What I actually said was I prefer Britain's Got Talent because it's got more variety and I think I'd find it hard to judge singer after singer."
Auditions are already underway for series four of the variety show, judged by Amanda, Simon and Piers Morgan, which will air in April.
Last year's runner-up was music sensation Susan Boyle, who incredibly sold eight million copies of her debut album – I Dreamed A Dream – in just two months.
