Bob Geldof took to the stage for the first time since the tragic death of daughter Peaches Geldof as he rocked out at Volksfest Festival in Plymouth on Sunday night.
The musician gave an energetic performance for the whole 75 minutes of the show, and wearing a 70s style snakeskin suit, he asked the crowd if they thought his jacket was "mega".
Bob performed with his Boomtown Rats band members, who split in 1986 but reformed last year.
Nothing was mentioned of the late Peaches, 25, who tragically died from a drug overdose six weeks ago.
When her death was announced, Bob was the first to comment, saying: "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us"
He continued: "Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?"
Peaches also left behind husband Thomas Cohen and children Astala and Phaedra.
