A Swiss court has accepted Hollywood director Roman Polanski's plea to be freed on $4.5m bail from a prison where he is being held for a US child sex case.
Although the court said he'll be subjected to "constant electronic surveillance", the film-maker is allowed to stay at his chalet in the Swiss Alps.
He has been warned that an electronic tag will be activated should he attempt to leave the premises.
The 76-year-old has been wanted in the US since fleeing the country in 1978 after pleading guilty to having unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl.
