Scarlett Johansson is apparently in the running to play Hillary Clinton in a biopic about her days as a young lawyer.
The Avengers actress is being considered to take on the role of the former Secretary of State, according to The Independent.
Other actresses who could play Hillary include Reese Witherspoon, Zero Dark Thirty's Jessica Chastain and Les Miserables star Amanda Seyfried.
The film, titled Rodham, will focus on 1974 when Hillary was a 26-year-old Washington lawyer.
Director James Ponstoldt said: "They're all wonderful actresses. We're very fortunate that a lot of really great actors are interested in playing these roles. We're in an enviable position.
"Regardless of people's political affiliation or how they feel about Hillary Clinton, you don't find people who question the quality of her intelligence or her drive. I want a wonderful actress who could embody that."
