Family clearly means the world to Nicole Kidman.
While her peers were walking down the red carpet at the Academy Awards, the Nine star and her husband Keith Urban jetted back home to Sydney to be with their loved ones.
And since then, the happy couple have been making the most of their time in the actress' native Australia.
Cause for particular celebration came at the weekend, as both sides of the family came together for Nicole's mother's 70th birthday.
On Friday, Nicole and New Zealand-born Keith – parents to 20-month-old Sunday Rose – were seen arriving hand-in-hand at a restaurant underneath Sydney Harbour Bridge accompanied by the musician's mum and dad, Bob and Marienne.
The quartet looked delighted to be in each other's company, with Nicole radiant in an olive green dress.
Moments earlier, her parents, Janelle and Anthony were pictured pulling up outside the Turkish restaurant.
The Hawaii-born beauty and her husband, who have been staying in their Southern Highlands home, had also spent that afternoon with her mum and dad as the group took Sunday Rose to the city's Greenwich Baths.
Nicole is no doubt making the most of some time off before she gets back to work.
Later this year, her latest venture, The Rabbit Hole, co-starring Aaron Eckhart, will hit cinemas. She will also start work on a new film with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler, titled Just Go With It.
