It's the news Twilight fans have been waiting for: Stephenie Meyer has confirmed she'll be releasing a fifth book in the vampire series.
The new novella, The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner will be the author's first work in two years.
It will go on sale in June and is already tipped to be the biggest selling novel of the year.
Stephenie will also put the 192-page book on specially-created website, www.breetanner.com, from June 7 to July 5, to give fans a chance to get the story in a 'read only' format.
"I'd always considered The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner as something for the fans," said the 36-year-old author. "They have been so supportive of all things Twilight."
The book centres around Bree Tanner, one of the newborn vampires who features in the Eclipse book and film.
She is one of a whole army of dangerous vampires who rise up against Edward Cullen – played by Robert Pattinson – and Bella Swan, aka Kristen Stewart.
There's no word yet on whether it'll be made into a film, or if real life couple Rob and Kristen could appear.
