Kim Kardashian has revealed that her surprise pregnancy was 'a miracle' as she has been secretly battling fertility issues.
The reality TV star spoke about her impending motherhood with Today Show host Kathie Lee Gifford on Tuesday and openly talked about her pregnancy and the problems that she thought would prevent her conceiving.
Looking radiant in a black Alexander McQueen dress which disguised her tiny baby bump, she revealed: "It's kind of a miracle that I even got pregnant".

Earlier, she had explained how, unlike her younger sister Khloe - who is very open about the problems which have stopped her conceiving - she preferred to keep hers a secret.
"Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues."
Khloe Kardashian, 28, has previously talked about her struggle to get pregnant during her three years of marriage and has even allowed cameras to accompany her during her visits to a fertility clinic, where she was once told she was not ovulating.
Meanwhile, Kim, 32, has been dating her boyfriend Kanye West for nine months and is three months pregnant, with their baby due in July, the same month that Prince William and Kate are expecting.
The brunette explained of her pregnancy: "It was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens."
The 32-year-old said she found it hard to believe she was really going to be a mother.
"I think until I really start seeing, like, a belly, it won't really sink in. It's just like a weird realisation until you really start seeing the physical changes, um, and every day's different."
During the interview she also spoke about the possibility of a third marriage - this time to Kanye.
"It's something that we talk about, but I think it's just, right now, focusing on the baby. [I'm] so content with how things are right now. And how life is and we're so happy. We definitely want that in the future, but I'm not in a rush," said Kim.
"What I've learned in life is - I was always such a planner, and... you think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don't plan."
Kim also revealed she was very surprised when Kanye announced her pregnancy onstage but was very happy about it.
"Once you're past the three-month mark, you're pretty safe, so he just kind of goes off with what he feels and he was feeling it that night."
The sisters later changed outfits to film Live With Kelly And Michael. Kim chose a yellow Stella McCartney dress, teamed with red lipstick whilst Kourtney donned a red patterned blouse and white jeans.
