New mum Lily Cooper was back to work on Friday for the first time since welcoming her second child. The Smile singer was pretty in pink at the WilliamVintage pre BAFTA private dinner in London, marking her return to the spotlight.
Lily gave birth to her second daughter, Marnie Rose, in January prompting her to take a break from public appearances. But she was back in action for the dinner, held at St Pancras' Renaissance Hotel.
Enjoying a night off from mummy-duties 27-year-old Lily tweeted "Getting dolled up for @williamvintage #BAFTA dinner ce soir."
She followed the post with a photo of herself and friend Nick Grimshaw having fun in a suite at the hotel. Radio DJ Nick is seen wearing a lampshade on his head while Lily stands in a large paper bag.
The evening's other guests included Emilia Fox, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Andrea Riseborough who looked glamorous in an embellished bronze dress and plum-coloured lipstick.
Downton Abbey's Laura Carmichael also made a stylish appearance. The actress, known for playing Edith Crawley in the period drama, wore a chic black dress and patent peep-toe heels.
