Things have kicked off to a good start for Shakira and her family as she watched FC Barcelona's victory at the Nou Camp with baby Milan on Sunday. Cuddling her 20-day-old son, the Columbian singer was thrilled to witness beau Gerard Pique score a sixth goal in the final minute of the match, making a 6-1 victory for the squad against Getafe. "His first official time going out, and he watches his daddy score in Camp Nou!" said Shakira, who posted a picture of her and her newborn enjoying the match on Twitter.

Goal-scoring defender Gerard will be thrilled that his son could see the fruit of his sporting efforts. Just days after the birth, the happy father also took to the social networking site to boast about his pride and joy. Capturing the baby's legs and feet, the sporting star revealed his son's trainers, which were emblazoned with his moniker. "Milan's feet!" the footballer's caption excitedly read.

The happy parents have also snapped pictures of the youngster for a good cause. To help raise funds for impoverished newborns around the world, Shakira and Gerard have teamed up with children’s charity UNICEF, giving them rights to release the first ever official photo of Gerard and the newborn. Taking to her Twitter to share the news, the Waka Waka singer said: "Visit our UNICEF baby shower site to see the first pic of my two angels and help underprivileged babies."

As well as sharing her first family snap, the singer and Gerard hosted a UNICEF baby shower, asking fans to purchase mosquito nets and polio injections for suffering newborns in the developing world. Milan Pique Mubarak was born on January 22, weighing 6lbs and 6oz by planned caesarean section, and is the first child for the couple. Latina singer Shakira began dating her footballer beau two years ago. Speaking to German TV station RTL, the songstress described the 26-year-old as the "best thing" to ever happen to her. She said: "This man is the best thing that could have ever happened in my life. And now the baby!"
