Coronation Street beauty Michelle Keegan sat down for a revealing chat with This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby this week. The actress opened up on everything from body confidence to her role on the hit soap, which is about to be hit by tragedy. On 18 March, viewers will see one of Britain's most famous pubs, the Rover's Return, go up in flames as stunned Coronation Street residents watch on in horror. And Michelle, 25, confirmed that not everyone escapes the blaze. "We do lose two people in the fire," she revealed. "But I'm not going to say anything (more), because I will open my mouth…"

She also discussed her own current storyline on the soap, acting as a surrogate mum for Gary Windass and Izzy Armstrong. "I'm playing five and a half months pregnant at so I'm quite big at the moment," she said. "I love the bump, especially in this weather… I'm going to be sad when it goes!"Of course Michelle's incredible figure is often the focus of much attention - she is often voted sexiest female at awards ceremonies. But her fans may be surprised to know that it's only recently she has felt body confident. "I do think it's an age thing - this time three years ago I was not comfortable at all, I was constantly covering up… I don't know, I think it's a girl thing," she said. I think I'm now more grown up and I just think 'live your life now' - as long as your happy, that's all that matters."

That approach has extended to Michelle's private life. She is currently dating former The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright, and while the couple are keeping quiet about their romance, Mark's mum Carol recently gave their relationship her seal of approval. "They just seem very happy together, and have a good laugh," she told Love It! magazine. "Michelle is a down-to-earth girl who gets on with the family, and I hope we see a lot more of her. In fact, I'd be more than happy to make her a permanent addition to the Wright family!"
