It's party season for expectant Kim Kardashian – husband Kanye West recently threw her a quirky birthday party, where guests had to dress up as versions of his pregnant wife. The celebration was originally cancelled as the Kardashians rallied around Lamar Odom, who suffered a drug overdose. But Kim was reportedly persuaded to go ahead with the bash after her brother-in-law woke from his coma. He is now showing signs of recovery.

Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner shared some of the fun – during which all the girls including cute North West don matching striped pyjamas – on Instagram. One snap showed the clan gathered on the sofa for a picture which Khloé captioned: "Sister Sunday", while another captured two of the sisters sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of two teepees sipping tea.

No doubt the relaxed "Sister Sunday" was just what was needed for Khloé, who has been loyally keeping vigil at the side of her estranged husband Lamar.

Other guests included Caitlyn Jenner and of course Kanye, as well as Gigi Hadid, Serena Williams and Cara Delevingne – who shared a picture of herself snuggled up in bed with Kendall Jenner.

"Just our usual morning routine #troopbeverlyhills #sipstea," wrote Kylie alongside the sweet photograph.
