Bruce and Kris Jenner have been pictured together many times in the last few weeks as the dust settles following their "amicable split".

But Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans should know that for her part, the show's matriarch says they have no plans to get back together.

During a podcast interview with Kathie Lee Gifford, Kris said: "We are better people and happier just spending time apart than we are spending time together. "We decided this was best for our family. We came to a place where this isn't healthy, the way we were treating each other. "During the chat the 57-year-old also clarified that the pair will not legally end their marriage, and she only had nice things to say about her estranged husband.

"I was so blessed to meet Bruce Jenner," she said. "I adore Bruce. Bruce and I are and will remain best friends. We're just separated, we're not divorcing. "And what happens in life is that we are better people and happier spending time apart than together. This is the best for our situation and we’re keeping it real tight and private. It's just what we need to do right now.
