Wearing a white A.L.C dress and accompanied by Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian, Khloé, 29, drew admiring glances as she attended The Hollywood Reporter's Power 100 breakfast.
It was an evening of female solidarity as Kris sent a message of love to her daughter.
"Family is the most important thing," Tweeted Kris. "Love you @KhloeKardashian!!"
"Congratulations @Oprah!!!" Wrote Kris in another Tweet. "You are amazing and an inspiration!! #hollywoodreporterpower100."
Khloé's appearance in LA on Wednesday also came during a turbulent week for 34-year-old Lamar who settled his DUI charge on Monday by agreeing to three years of probation.
Lamar's lawyer appeared in court in California to enter a no-contest plea on his behalf before the basketball player agreed to attend a three-month alcohol-education program and pay $1,800 in fines and penalties.
Since the public breakdown of her four-year marriage to Lamar, Khloé admitted to suffering with major anxiety.
"I've been in hiding because I'm afraid of people," she said in a trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. "I have major anxiety."
"I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot," added Khloé, while Lamar told his sisters-in-law, Kim and Kourtney, that he would "do anything" to be accepted back by the family.
