Following his apology, Justin Bieber shared this passage on Instagram

Speaking to the newspaper from Mexico, Justin said he had to face up to the mistakes of his past. "I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I did years ago," he said."At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did. Once again, I am sorry for all those I have let down and offended." Both of the videos – the first published on Monday, the second on Wednesday – appear to date back five years, during the shooting of his documentary Never Say Never.
