One showed her clad in a black beaded flapper-style dress, her elegant blonde curls pulled back with a sparkling headband, as she knelt down alongside Kate, 40, who looked stunning in a little black number with sparkling straps, fishnet tights and a hat.
Other guests at the glamorous party included Bono, David Blaine and fashion designers DSquared2 – Dean and Dan Caten.
Madonna's children Rocco, Lourdes, Mercy and David were also there to help their mum celebrate in style.
Posting a picture of her son David looking dapper in a suit, polka dot bow tie and top hat, Madonna wrote, "My escort for the evening! #swag #boom #livingforlove".
Another photo appeared to show her adopted daughter Mercy posing alongside a giant "M" adorned with lights.
Madonna also shared a snap of Dean and Dan Caten posing with another guest in front of the elaborate display, which she captioned, "Grazie infinite for the enchanting evening!!!".
Meanwhile, to mark her special day, Madonna posted a throwback picture from the 1980s for her fans.
Channelling Marilyn Monroe in the black-and-white snap, the queen of pop captioned the photo, "In my birthday suit."
