Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has become one of the latest celebrities to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge, after being nominated by her close friend Simon Cowell.
Cheryl, 31, sought the help of her new husband Jean-Bernard to complete the daunting task, which involves being dunked with freezing water to raise money for charity.
The pretty brunette posted an Instagram video of herself that shows Cheryl wearing a white T-shirt and barely there denim shorts, posing against an idyllic seaside backdrop.
