Ever since her whirlwind wedding, Cameron Diaz has been the subject of pregnancy speculation. The star tied the knot with Benji Madden in January, and fans have been eagerly awaiting a baby announcement from the newlyweds. Her personal trainer though has said he doubts the star is expecting – given her gruelling exercise regimes. Teddy Bass, who has trained with Cameron for years, spoke to the Mail about her four-day-a-week fitness workouts, which he said are still "consistent" following her nuptials.

Cameron Diaz has been subject to pregnancy rumours ever since her wedding

"She's really trying to stay in a mode of healthy and fit," Teddy said of the 42-year-old, adding that she is keeping her body in "tip-top shape". He added, "I think that's the beauty of being consistent, you do something you love, you don't really have to amp up too much. But my whole key in life is consistency. "If you're consistent then you get the results and you can maintain at an easier pace, so it's not something you have to rush and try and amp up every three months and make a huge transformation." Cameron has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood, and has a refreshingly healthy approach to maintaining it.

Cameron Diaz has a healthy approach to maintaining her body

"Well-being is an equation," she said in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan. "Remember you don't have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece. Don't deprive yourself. Have fun." In her 2014 book on staying healthy, The Body Book, Cameron reiterated the importance of knowing when to treat yourself. "Just be self-aware," she wrote. "If your equation is 80 per cent good, 20 per cent bad most of the time, then a little movement toward the centre isn't going to affect you too much." But, she says, there's no excuse not to exercise. "You just have to do it. Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes, 'Oh, it's not ok to be without this.' People say, 'My body rejects exercise.' No it doesn't. Your mind rejects exercise."
