Charlize Theron has famously found love with Sean Penn – and it seems her ex-partner Stuart Townsend has also found happiness. Dylan Townsend, the Irish actor's brother, has revealed that Stuart has fallen in love with a Costa Rican woman and she is expecting his second child soon. "I'm really happy for him… he's been off the map for the past year," Dylan told Goss.ie. "He's in Costa Rica now, he's bought land in Costa Rica and he hasn't been living in LA for the past six months – he's got a whole new family, yeah, and no one knows about it."

Dylan, speaking at the launch of his new RTE show Exiles, continued: "He's about to have a second child and he's fallen in love with a Costa Rican girl as well and he has a piece of land so, yeah, totally new journey for him. "News that Stuart has started a family comes as a shock to fans; the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen star has kept a low-profile since his split from Charlize in 2010 after nine years of dating. They were so close, they used to describe themselves as "husband and wife" and declared they didn't need a wedding ceremony to affirm their love."I'm married," Stuart previously said in an interview. "I didn't do a church wedding or anything but we consider ourselves husband and wife. We love each other and we want to spend the rest of our lives together. I don't need a certificate or the state or the church to say otherwise.

"I found this old Victorian ring with little forget-me-nots. I gave it to her as a sign of our commitment to each other. She's never taken it off. "Shortly after their split, Charlize adopted her son Jackson – and in an interview with E! News in May 2014, she was asked whether her desire to have children had factored into the end of their relationship. "In his defense, it was not that he didn't want to have children – it was just something that never worked out," she said, adding that as soon as Jackson came into her life, "I was like, 'Ah, finally!'"
