His mother has proved she can laugh at herself time and again, and Brooklyn Beckham has clearly inherited Victoria's sense of humour. The popular teen posted a cheeky Instagram snap in which he poked fun at her former Spice Girls' nickname, Posh.

The 16-year-old shared a picture of himself pushing a trolley down a supermarket aisle. The caption read: "Not 2 posh 2 push". The joke clearly had some of his 3.3 million followers chuckling as it got 427,000 likes and 11,000 comments from around the world. Many fans had included emojis of laughing faces or expressed a hope that they run into him during the weekly shop.

The funny image comes after his mother shared a spoof video based on a recorded interview that she did with US Vogue. The British designer had walked around her minimalist store in London, answering questions about her life and taste in a segment called 73 questions. Victoria talked about why she fell in love with her husband and why she never smiles, quipping: "I have a duty to the fashion world".

Comedian Holly Burn recorded her own take on the interview, wearing similar clothes to the fashion queen. However, there was crucial difference – Holly swapped Victoria's surroundings for her local corner shop with hilarious results.

Her version obviously tickled the mother-of-four because she shared it with her Twitter following.

It's not just her sense of humour Victoria has passed on. Brooklyn is also following in his mother's elegant footsteps with his work ethic. The teenage dream already has several modelling assignments under his belt and his mum recently revealed that he has been working in a café.

Then a few weeks ago he took on work experience on family friend Guy Ritchie's new film about King Arthur.

His father David Beckham will have a cameo role in the fantasy film, which is out in 2016 with the full title Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur.

The movie website Film Divider reports that the football legend will appear in the scene where Excalibur gets drawn from the stone - and apparently football puns have been written into the script for Becks' appearance.
