It's only been a week since Nicky Hilton welcomed her first child with husband James Rothschild, but that isn't stopping the designer from running errands in New York - and looking amazing at the same time.

Nicky, 32, looked effortlessly chic on Friday when she was pictured showing off her enviable legs in a pair of jean shorts. The heiress completed the look with a striped, button-down shirt, Ray-bans and black ballet flats while carrying a coffee cup and a quirky handbag.

This is the second outing for the new mum. On Monday, just three days after giving birth, she was pictured out with her husband and new daughter whilst out for a stroll.

Nicky has yet to share a photo of her little bundle of joy but on Sunday she posted a romantic picture of her and husband James Rothschild from their wedding day in honour of their one-year wedding anniversary.

"Thankful for the best anniversary gift ever ? our beautiful daughter Lily-Grace," she captioned a beautiful snap from their lavish nuptials.

Paris Hilton, who acted as Nicky's maid of honour, also uploaded a shot from the day, showing off the whole bridal party. She wrote alongside the black and white snap: "Happy 1 year anniversary to the most beautiful bride and mother @NickyHilton. I am so happy that you have found such and incredible, loving & loyal man to spend the rest of your life with. Congratulations on your new baby & starting your family together. Love you 3 so much. #RelationshipGoals #FamilyGoals."

Nicky and James tied the knot in front of their family and friends at The Orangery in Kensington Palace in July 2015. The beautiful bride stunned in a bespoke lace Valentino dress.

Paris has previously described her sister and brother-in-law as the perfect couple, telling People: "They're so loyal and so in love. They're like a prince and princess. I think it's important to find someone you trust and love and spent the rest of your life.

"I think that's the meaning of life; to get married and have a family."
