Michael Bublé's brother-in-law has revealed the singer's son Noah is "doing well" following his liver cancer treatment. Dario Lopilato spoke ahead of his trip to Los Angeles for a long-awaited reunion with his nephew and his actress sister Luisana Lopilato. The 36-year-old actor told newspaper La Nacion: "After these very long months Noah is doing well, very well. For me, it's very difficult to talk about it. But I believe in God and sought comfort in Jesus Christ and a miracle from God came, from the way it was discovered, after the operation, everything."

Noah, three, was diagnosed with cancer in November 2016, and since then his parents Michael and Luisana have dedicated their time to caring for their eldest child. Dario added: "I feel it's important to carry on accompanying. That's why I stop what I'm doing here every so often and travel there. When you look at the big picture, and someone has a serious problem, everything else seems less important. The important thing is that we're together and we're living through this as a family."

The news comes after Michael confirmed his decision to withdraw from hosting duties at the 2017 Juno Awards. Last month, the Canadian star opted out of hosting the Brit Awards, and previously pulled out of performing at the BBC Music Awards in December. Michael recently updated fans on his son's progress. "We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future of our little boy," he wrote on Facebook. "He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words."

As we continue this journey we are greatly comforted by your support and love." Michael, 41, and his wife confirmed their son's cancer diagnosis on their respective Facebook pages. At the time, the singer revealed he was going to step away from the limelight to concentrate on his little boy's health.
