"First cast argument," the caption read. It seems Ashton has already bonded with his new co-stars, which bodes well for fans of the hugely successful comedy. Ashton posted the pic after he was officially unveiled as a new addition to the show at an event in New York. Speaking at the unveiling, Ashton says replacing Charlie Sheen in the show feels like winning the lottery. "I've never probably in my 13 years in show business received more phone calls and e-mails from people congratulating me on this job," said the actor at an event in New York where he was officially unveiled as a cast member. "You'd almost think I won the lottery or something, which I kind of did."

The star continued: "I've got the best job in show business, and I am ecstatic about that." Ashton is believed to have signed a contract worth $700,000 plus incentives per show. Details of his character are not yet known, though it's thought he will be playing a new role rather than taking over Charlie's. Of all the best wishes coming his way – including Charlie's Twitter message of "congrats" - there's still been nothing publicly from his wife Demi Moore. The two have rarely been seen together in the past month, apart from attending events for their joint campaign against child sex slavery.
