When it came to the crunch, Robert Pattinson managed to dodge questions about Kristen Stewart during an interview on Good Morning America. The British star took the unusual step of using a box of cereal to avoid talking about his relationship woes.

Host George Stephanopoulos had presented him with a box of a big box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which is Robert's favorite, before getting down to business. "Everybody just wants to know, how are you doing?" he asked. "And what do you want your fans to know about your personal life?" Robert answered: "You know, they seem pretty excited about... whatever." "I'd like my fans to know that... Cinnamon Toast Crunch only has 30 calories a bowl in it, for instance," he continued, adding: "Pretty much everything that comes out of my mouth is irrelevant." The Twilight star seemed visibly more relaxed in his second interview since claims surfaced that his girlfriend Kristen Stewart had an affair with married director Rupert Sanders. During the first, for The Daily Show, he ate ice cream offered to him by the host in an attempt to avoid answering difficult questions.

This time around, Robert said he only does TV interviews so he can promote his films. "You go into it to do movies. I'm never been interested in trying to sell my personal life. The reason why you go onto TV is to promote movies." George rounded off the interview by saying "You seem to be doing OK," to which Robert replied: "Yeah, yeah." The 26-year-old continued on the promotional trail for his new movie Cosmopolis, attending an event with director David Cronenberg. Rob eschewed his usual dapper suits for the occasion, stepping out in a striped polo shirt, blazer and jeans and a backward facing cap.
