She's well into her pregnancy, but having a baby bump certainly doesn't slow Shakira down on stage. The Colombian singer wiggled her hips and whipped her hair thorough an energetic performance Baku, Azerbaijan, at the closing ceremony of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.

It was a special gig too - the first she has performed while pregnant. The excited 35-year-old tweeted before belting out her hits: “In a few minutes it will be our baby's first time on stage." Shakira is six months pregnant, and the new arrival will be her first child with FC Barcelona player Gerard Pique. Earlier this month she revealed the couple will welcome a little boy, whom she hopes will follow in her charitable footsteps and "change the world"."When the baby is born I want him to know he's helping to change the world. He can really change the world!" she said during an interview on German TV.

The blonde bombshell also said she is happier than ever with her boyfriend of two years. "This man is the best thing that could have happened in my life. And now the baby!" Before she began seeing Gerard, Shakira was in a long-term relationship with Antonio de la Rua – son of a former Argentinean president. The couple split in the summer of 2010 but didn't announce it until January the following year.
